Jim, you are right. The state agency is questioning high status, excellent work, and deep knowledge of so many people who have put their time and effort both working and studying at the Academy.

I hope they will fix this “misunderstanding” very soon.

No, they were shocked by the news. And hell knows who the “top management” is that the state agency made preliminary agreement with. As far as I know there is a board of trustees that manages the Academy’s “top” affairs. Either the state agency is bluffing, or the board of trustees did not trust the info to Ryabkov. Either way sucks I guess…
